in COG we trust.

It was a Thursday night, the 24th of May, 2018 when Cog finally returned to Canberra, and WOW they did not disappoint. Being one of my all time favourite Aussie bands it was an absolute pleasure to take some photos of these guys as they put on a hell of a performance at the Hellenic Club!

The Butterfly Effect return!

After over 5 years absence, on the 22nd of March, The Butterfly Effect finally returned to Canberra, and showed they very much still have it! An amazing performance, and my first ever attempt at gig photography. Thanks Gazza from Greenroom Productions for giving me the opportunity. You legend. It's bloody hard but I had a lot of fun.

The Butterfly Effect formed in Brisbane, Australia in '99 and released 3 amazing studio albums 'Begins Here' in 2003, 'Imago' in 2006, and 'Final Conversations of Kings' in 2008. After struggling for years to work on a fourth studio album, lead singer Clint Boge left the band in 2012 due to personal and creative differences. The remaining members recruited Brisbane-based singer Paul Galagher for a final single and tour before announcing their breakup in 2016. This gig was their first show in Canberra since that break up in 2012, and it was an absolute pleasure to experience.
